NEGRA? Todo está en volverse mejor persona, fuerte, seguro y capaz

de lograr las cosas que jamás te hubieras imaginado. Pero

no solamente es lograr fuerza y habilidad física, no es solo

aprender a defenderse y defender a los demás. Es desarrollar

esa disciplina, esa confianza, esa cortesía, ese respeto y esa

humildad que son igualmente importantes en la vida.

El taekuondo es un arte marcial de origen coreano con una

larga historia, grandes maestros han participado para que esta

disciplina sea lo que es hoy en día, estrictas reglas y disciplina

hacen que los que lo han practicado y lo practican puedan aplicarlo

en su vida para así lograr ser mejores en la vida.

Pero, ¿qué significa ser cinta negra?

Para llegar a cinta negra debes entrenar por lo menos tres

años, en esos tres años vas a conocer diferentes técnicas de defensa

y ataque pero sobre todo vas a comprender porque la disciplina es

importante para lograr lo que deseas en la vida. Dentro del dojang

(área de entrenamiento) trabajarás muchos valores, que no solamente

debes practicar aquí sino que debes de aplicar en todos los

ambientes en los que te desenvuelves.

El respeto, la humildad, la perseverancia, el autocontrol y la

honestidad son valores que vivirás y trabajaras día a día en este

camino para lograr la cinta negra.

El esfuerzo, la entrega, la constancia, el ser consciente de

nuestras limitaciones, el trabajar esas limitaciones y lograr mi

máximo desempeño, es eso lo que te hace lograr ser cinta negra.

Para los pequeños un extraordinario medio para lograr desarrollar

la atención, las habilidades motrices indispensables para

su buen desarrollo, el autocontrol, mejorar su autoestima y confianza,

entre otras cosas.

Para los mayores la flexibilidad, los reflejos, la atención, la

seguridad, evitar enfermedades degenerativas y en nuestros días

una herramienta de defensa personal ya que se trabajan estrategias

que te permitirán en un momento dado evadir una agresión.

Muchos empiezan esta carrera pero pocos llegan a la meta y

menos comprenden lo que en realidad significa ser CINTA NEGRA.

Te invitamos a formar parte del grupo de taekuondo del

Centro Asturiano, escuela con más de 30 años de experiencia y

que además cuenta con el respaldo y supervisión del Instituto

Mexicano de Taekuondo.

Las inscripciones están abiertas todo el año y podrán asistir

niños desde los cuatro años hasta adultos de todas las edades.
