Academia de Bádminton
Se continúa con las siguientes actividades con los niños de la academia de manera virtual en
la plataforma de zoom.
– Técnica del Bádminton (Mariana Ugalde).
– Activación física (Claudio Toledo).
Curso de nutrición
El día 18 de septiembre, se impartió el curso virtual sobre nutrición, para niños y papas de la
Academia de Bádminton, a través de la plataforma de zoom impartido por Marilu Equigua que
cuenta con la carrera de nutrición, maestría en nutrición deportiva y estudia el doctorado en
nutrición y genes hereditarios.
Comunidad de Bádminton
-Se han subido a Facebook, en la página de Facebook, astur bádminton, videos de torneos
importantes a nivel internacional, de entrenamiento y técnica del Bádminton.
– El grupo de madrugadores asiste a jugar en las canchas externas los martes, jueves y
domingos en horarios de 7:00 hrs. a 9:00 hrs
– También en horarios diversos han asistido a jugar niños, jóvenes y personas adultas a las
canchas externas.
