Actividades de la Academia de Bádminton
Se mantienen las actividades con los niños de la academia durante el mes de enero del 2021
de manera virtual en la plataforma de zoom los sábados a las 11 hrs. como:
– Activación física.
– Celebración de cumpleaños de los niños que cumplen en el mes.
– Actividades de recreación.
– Se elaboraron planes de trabajo personalizados a cada niño para que puedan seguir
entrenando en sus casas 2 veces por semana, adicional a la clase de los sábados.
Se siguen teniendo pláticas con los niños de la Academia de Bádminton con los siguientes temas:
– Coaching deportivo con el temática de concentración en el entrenamiento y en torneos con
un especialista en la materia Raúl G. Ramírez.
– Platica motivacional con Cynthia González y Job Castillo campeones mexicanos de
Bádminton a nivel internacional, donde platicaron sus experiencias para lograr sus éxitos.
Comunidad de Bádminton Durante el mes de enero del 2021 los martes, jueves y domingos
siguen asistiendo a jugar los madrugadores de 7 a 9 de la mañana y personas nuevas van jugar, casi
siempre en familia de manera irregular. Todos en las canchas externas.
