Por invitación del Real Club España,
el domingo 17 de marzo con la
presencia de autoridades de esta
disciplina, por el Real Club España
José Antonio Noriega y Carlos Cruz Moya
por el Centro Asturiano Juan Luis López y
García y Javier Mendoza, se celebró en sus
instalaciones una competencia dual meet
con excelentes partidos por la gran calidad
de los tenistas participantes; 4 juegos: tres
en la modalidad de individuales y uno en
la modalidad de dobles.
Individuales 1: José Emilio Gutiérrez
Rodríguez (Centro Asturiano) venció en dos
sets a Manuel Zapata (Club España) con
parciales de 6/3 y 6/2
Individuales 2: Carlos Cruz Moya (Club
España) venció a en dos sets a Juan Camarena
(Centro Asturiano) con parciales de
6/2 y 6/1
Individuales 3: Juan Vicente Fernández
(Centro Asturiano) venció a Raúl Cárdenas
(Club España) con parciales de 6/3, 4/6 y
muerte súbita de 10/2
Dobles: Pablo Hernández y Julio
Sánchez (Club España) vencieron a José
Rocha y Raúl Feria Núñez (Centro Asturiano)
con parciales de 2/6, 6/4 y 7/5
Como se puede apreciar por los resultados
anteriores no hubo un ganador absoluto
debido a que cada representativo ganó
dos juegos y quedaron igualados en sets.
En fecha próxima se regresará la atención
al Real Club España para que en nuestras instalaciones
se realice el evento de vuelta.
Al final de los partidos se celebró un
agradable convivio en las instalaciones del
Club España donde se estrecharon los lazos
de amistad entre los tenistas de ambas instituciones
y el público participante.
