La
normativa oficial permite que a partir del 22 de septiembre el gimnasio de
pesas del Parque Asturias pueda volver a estar abierto con las
siguientes medidas de prevención para la seguridad de todos.

1.  El aforo máximo será del
30% de la capacidad y con horario limitado. La estancia máxima de permanencia
en las instalaciones será de una hora. Se atenderá un máximo de 45 usuarios
distribuidos de la siguiente manera: 15 socios en el área de pierna, 20 socios
en el área de tren superior y 10 socios en el área de abdomen.

2.   
Para poder usar las instalaciones
del gimnasio es indispensable haber hecho cita previa.La reservación deberá hacerse
con 24 horas de antelación en el horario de 7:00 a 12:40 y de 14:00 a 18:30 en el
módulo ubicado en la entrada del gimnasio. El usuario tiene una tolerancia
máxima de 10 minutos de retraso. Es caso de no poder asistir es importante
cancelar para el beneficio de todos.

3.   
Temporalmente, los
horarios para uso del gimnasio de martes a domingo son los siguientes:

7:00 a 8:00

8:10 a 9:10

9:20 a 10:20

10:30 a 11:30

11:40 a 12:40

12:50 a 14:00
CERRADO PARA SANITIZAR

14:00 a 15:00

15:10 a 16:10

16:20 a 17:20

17:30 a 18:30

 

4.   
No se permite hacer
grupos de trabajo, la rutina de ejercicios estará dirigida por los instructores y
se hará de manera individual. Se ha marcado en el área de aparatos la distancia
que deberán mantener los usuarios durante su entrenamiento.

5.   
Se harán circuitos o estaciones
de entrenamiento en el área de pesas para la rotación de aparatos, siguiendo
las indicaciones de los instructores.

6.   
Cualquier anomalía en
el cumplimiento por los socios o el personal del protocolo sanitario reportarla
al correo gimnasios@centroasturiano.com.mx

 

Procedimiento
para el acceso a las instalaciones y uso de aparatos

 

·        
El uso correcto de
cubrebocas es obligatorio en todo momento.

·        
Al ingresar al gimnasio
es obligatoria la toma de temperatura por el personal del Centro. Si la
temperatura es mayor a 37ºC no se permitirá el acceso al gimnasio.

·        
Se debe ingresar al
gimnasio por el tapete sanitizante y aplicarse al entrar gel antibacterial.

·        
En el gimnasio, en todo
momento se debe mantener la distancia por lo que el ingreso deberá de hacerse
de uno en uno, conservando una distancia mínima de 1.5 metros, distancia que
está señalada con marcas en el piso.

·        
Es obligatorio usar
sanitizante antes y después de utilizar los aparatos o cualquier equipo
(incluyendo discos, mancuernas, etc.). No está permitido alternar aparatos o
accesorios.

·        
Es obligatorio el uso
de dos toallas (una para colocar en el equipo que se utilice y otra para uso
personal). Es necesario mostrarlas al ingresar.

·        
Es necesario llevar un
contenedor de agua personal, ya que los dispensadores de agua del gimnasio
temporalmente están fuera de servicio. Se recomienda tomar agua o bebidas hidratantes
al menos cada 20 minutos para mantener el equilibrio hidroelectrolítico y
evitar incubaciones virales en la garganta.
